Dr.
Brad McRae is a psychologist with over 15 years of clinical and industrial
experience. In 1984, he founded McRae & Associates to provide services
in staff training and development, management consulting, and employee
assistance counselling.
He has a doctoral degree in Counselling
Psychology from the University of British Columbia and a baccalaureate
and a masters degree from California State University. He is a registered
psychologist, a consultant and an author. He has taught at the British
Columbia Institute of Technology and at Carleton University in Ottawa.
He has lectured across Canada, and in the United States, Mexico, and Africa.
He was trained in negotiating skills at the Project on Negotiation at Harvard
University and was trained in career development skills by Richard Bolles,
author of What Color Is Your Parachute?
